4.1 Ordering channels
You can place orders for Bar Cutters through:
- FoodDROP (for pickup and delivery where available)
- Direct contact (for example, phone or WhatsApp, when offered)
- In‑person at the food truck
All orders are subject to availability and our operating hours.
4.2 Pickup
For pickup orders:
You will receive an estimated ready time.
Please collect your order as soon as reasonably possible after that time.
If you are delayed, contact us so we can advise whether the food can still be held safely.
4.3 Delivery
Where delivery is available:
- Delivery is handled by FoodDROP or other third‑party providers.
- Delivery areas, times, and fees are set by the third‑party service.
- Bar Cutters is responsible for preparing your order; the delivery partner is responsible for transporting it.
If you experience an issue with delivery (for example, delays or missing items), please notify the delivery provider and also let us know so we can assist where possible.
5. Refunds, Changes & Cancellations
5.1 Changes and cancellations
Because we prepare food to order:
We may not be able to accept changes or cancellations once preparation has started.
For orders placed via FoodDROP or other platforms, please follow the change/cancellation options provided in that service, where available.
For direct orders (phone/WhatsApp), contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate requests if preparation has not yet started, or as best possible or reasonable.
5.2 Refunds and order issues
If there is a problem with your order (for example, missing items, incorrect items, or quality issues):
Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally on the same day or during collection or pickup.
Depending on the situation, we may offer to remake the item, provide a replacement on a future visit, or provide a partial or full refund.
For orders placed via FoodDROP or other third‑party platforms:
Some adjustments, credits, or refunds may need to be handled through that platform in accordance with their policies, and we may assist you in raising the issue with them where appropriate.
We do not generally offer refunds solely for a change of mind after the food has been prepared.
6. Gift Cards, Merchandise & Alcohol‑Related Items
6.1 Gift cards
Where gift cards are available:
They can be used only for eligible Bar Cutters purchases as described at the point of sale or sales communications such as email blasts or social media posts.

Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaceable.
Specific terms (such as expiry dates and usage limits) will be shown when you purchase a gift card.

For Bar Cutters merchandise (such as clothing or other branded items):
Availability, sizing, styles, and pricing may change without notice.
If you receive a defective item, contact us promptly. Returns or exchanges may be offered at our discretion.
6.3 Alcohol‑related items
Some menu items (for example, sauces or dishes) may contain alcohol, such as rum‑based sauces. We do not primarily sell alcoholic beverages.
Items containing alcohol will be described where possible.
